Purchasing hard-copy manual

To purchase, click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. This adds the item to your shopping cart, which will appear on the right hand side of the page.

Once you have made your selection, click on the ‘Checkout with PayPal’ button. The website will then open a secure payment window, where you can choose to either make a one-off credit card payment (no PayPal account is required), or you can pay using your existing PayPal account (your PayPal username and password will be required).

Once you have completed this payment, you will be directed back to the LVVTA website.

During the purchase process, your name, delivery address, telephone number and email address will need to be provided. Make sure that you provide a legitimate delivery address. LVVTA assumes no responsibility for incorrectly provided delivery addresses.

Overseas purchasers will receive a separate invoice for shipping.

Once the purchase process is complete you will receive two confirmation emails – one from Paypal and one from the Online Shop.

The email will contain purchase details and your shipping address. If you don’t receive an email within 15 minutes, and if you’re sure you entered your email address correctly, then you may need to check that your email program (for example Microsoft Outlook) or email provider (for example Google Gmail) hasn’t captured the email in a spam or junk mail filter. You will also be sent an email from Paypal confirming your payment. This is your proof of purchase – no further receipt will be issued. Note that LVVTA does not provide technical support for non-receipt of emails.

Registration and notification of updates

When an electronic copy of the CCM is downloaded, you will be required to supply a valid email address. This email address will become your manuals unique identifier.  From time to time the content of the CCM will be amended or updated to reflect changes in trends, system improvements, or to clarify existing requirements and this email address will be used by LVVTA to notify you of any updates to the manual.

You will also be added to our mailing list where we will, from time to time, let you know about other relevant information (such as Safety Alerts and Newsletters). You can opt-out of these emails at any time by clicking ‘unsubscribe from this list’ on the bottom of the email. By proceeding with this free download, you agree to accept the conditions above.

Changed email address

If your email address changes, please notify us of the change so that we can maintain your current contact details. Please ensure that you provide your previous and new email addresses when doing so.
